Tom Green NEWS

November 24 2002.
Tom is up to something..
Here are a few tid bits on the recent goings on with the man with the greenish last name.
First a report from Ottawa native Cory Guy circa around September (oops for not updating..)

tom was in ottawa this weekend for his mom's yard sale. i went to check it out and saw that derek and ray were there filming the event. tom arrived stylishly late and screamed at his mother for "selling his memories" then he grabbed some plates that were for sale and smashed them all over the kitchen floor in a tantrum-fit. then he chased a woman who had bought a pickle dish and tried very hard to buy back his pickle dish memories. she eventually sold it back to tom for twenty bucks (a nineteen dollar profit). then he posed for pictures with a neighbor and his young daughter. derek was running around getting signatures on a release form so i guess this might be a segment on one of the upcoming mtv specials. so anyway after he posed with the neighbors he and derek signed my freddie poster and it was all over. mrs green shooed everyone out of the house and closed the door.

this was probably the last time he'll be in ottawa for a long time, his parents have sold the house and are moving away

i asked derek about what they planned on taping (minutes before tom arrived squaking his tires, 2 of them up on the curb) and he just said "...a documentary about plates" so i knew i wouldn't get a straight answer from him and just decided to wait and see. ray filmed while derek did the audio i think (he had a shoulder bag with wires and shit all over him) the release form wasn't anything close to official. i watched derek draft the thing (in ballpoint pen) in mrs green's living room while tom smashed plates and jumped up and down on an old futon while yelling, so i don't know if its mtv footage or not...what else would it be for? he still has to make 2 more (or is it 3?) specials for mtv so thats what i assume its for.

as for ottawa, i can't see tom coming back too often if at all, now that his parents are leaving. sorry dude, i myself cut it pretty close.

as for stalking the house from a garbage bin, forget it pal. being INSIDE the house was so much cooler!! i mean, i saw the bathroom mrs green locked herself in countless times and stood in the kitchen where she and tom argued about lesbians as car-art...

Thanks for the report!

Ooh a beefy update. Now onto more fun!

Some dude from England asked me for some Tom green tapes. I said "Ok, Ill trade for the Northern Exposure DVD set season 1 from HMV..(its only available in England). He didnt respond. FOR SHAME. Yea I think its newsworthy. Since its my site!

Glennenglebert Humplikdink has a live journal. Its true! Check it out here. Its here that I discovered that Glenn and Tom are going on a cross US adventure starting this past weekend! The jokes will be, how will they survive with no money to get back to California. It sounds like an interesting idea! Hopefully the guys will make it without having to give hand jobs. Glenn also got a good haircut November 20th.

If you have any interesting news, email me. Sure it will take a while to get posted, but its worth it to see your name in pixels!

October 4th 2002.
Well I just flipped by comedy network and saw that Tom was on Mike Bullard. Didnt look like a crazy crowd or anything.. probably cause this wasnt advertised anywhere where fans could find out about it. Mike Bullard probably announced it on his show, but that doesnt really reach anyone does it. I tried to check out the open mike site, but its down. wonderful!.

so I have no idea if it was good or not. good update huh?.

September 13 2002.
Just got back from seeing the movie, and I thought it was great. Read a few reviews and they all slammed it.. I dont know man, I think people are just bitter because Tom is famous. They feel like hes not talented and it should be them maybe.. but guess what, you write your opinions on stuff.. you dont count, you arent really part of the entertainment industry, you are just reporting on it. If Im in a war torn country, and im writing a story about the war, im not IN THE WAR. Well maybe Im just bitter, the theatre I saw it at was crap.. Friday night crowd, bunch of dinks that think they are in their basement. Tell them to shut up? They dont listen. So I guess its back to the ole home theatre.. Ill never learn.

So the movie! The trailer basically plays all the best bits, but there are other parts inbetween that are good. Tom plays Duff, Jason Lee's best friend, and creator of all the scams that Jason needs in order got score the 30k for his niece to get into Harvard. Hilarity insues, and the movie concludes with a happy ending. It was pretty short, only an hour and 15 mins.. maybe we'll get an extended edition.

If I could just write some more stuff about reviewers for a moment. I remember (and have the articles clipped out somewhere..) when Tom moved to the US for MTV, the Canadian reviewers freaked out.. suddenly "their Tom" was going to make it big in the US. Someone "they" had loved for "years" was going to make them proud, and they could tell all their loser reviewer buddies that they "Really knew" that Tom would make it someday. Right. These were the same douchebags that were putting down Tom for making fun of people, and playing with dead animals. He was "disgusting" when he was on Mike Bullard.. but a few months later was "our Canadian son Tom Green". This reporter in the Sun Jim Slotek that wrote the review Im just reading now.. do you even like Tom Green? Do you like Comedies besides ones starring Jackie Chan? You are old. You missed the point. People laugh. Just because you are too old to get the humor, maybe you should stick to reviewing movies with subtitles at the bottom.

Bottom Line. Its a fun movie. If you like laughing, go. Tom is funny in it. I liked when he told his mom in the movie off. Made me laugh. a COMEDY. alright! thats all for now!!

June 16 2002.
Ahh, another update!! This time, its from TV's favorite co-host Glenn Humplik!
So is Glenn back in Canada? Or what? Well the answer is.. hes still living it up in the Californian Sun. Working on a few TV ideas. Apparently, Tom has finished producing the Skate Board show that will air on the WB at the end of June, and is described by Glenn as "funny show". Tom's new movie Stealing Harvard has been bumped up to a September release.. and Glenn finishes his update with "Lots of new stuff in the burner, should have some news soon". So Glenn's been downloading loads of porn, and is out of hard drive space, thus forced to burn them to cd. Hey we have all been there at one time or another.

Glenn should be checking out a few Ottawa Renegade football games up in Canada.. check out the site!! I built it for the company I work for.

So you old school Tom Green fans, check this out. Remember the MacDougall Twins from the Rogers 22 days? Kristine MacDougall emailed me with some praise and some compliments. Turns out Im the only site that gives a nod to the twins hand in making the old shows so great. Its been a while since I watched the old tapes, but I remember Tom's trip to the mall with the MacDougall Twins, where they went to Toys R Us, and harrassed a young man in a book store. Tom was talking about OJ Simpson and the trial in the episode, so that mustve been really old. Kristine left this message for me.."I'm glad you enjoyed watching some of my segments with Tom on the early shows - they were lots
of fun!!!!. I'm sure Tom and the gang appreciate your enthusiasm for him and the show!!. Loyal fans like you are hard to come by......Take care and have a great summer!!!"
When I emailed Kristine back, it turns out it was her last day at that company, hence no more emails from a half of the MacDougall Twins.

So that was pretty cool! I wonder if young Clevor Trevor will email me ever again?

February 3 2002.
Well, bless all of you for still coming to my site. Yup yup, im still alive.. Tom is too! Sure, now he is without Barrymore, but thats really is his deal, and not the fans. What has been going on you ask? Well when I got my full time job (after being a slacker for many a year) I found it difficult to update anysites that I had run.. let alone this one. Public interest seems to have died down, which Im always a fan of.. I hate hype. Now its time for the real Tom Green show fans to stand up and shout!! (ok so I just watched Rockstar.. good movie too). But seriously, what is there to look forward to? When you do a search for Tom Green fan sites, are you depressed that they are all gone except this one? Dont be! I still think I had the best content on the net.. sure I didnt have "tom green face puzzles" or whatever the fuck, I just had the news, and the guides...But I wasnt a bandwaggoner. ok enough tooting my own horn.

Ive kept in contact with the Tom Green show related kids (you know, Glenn, and Derek.. and believe it or not TOM.) Yes Mr. Fancy pants has finally dropped me a line, after not hearing from the guy since early 1999, the streak has been broken. Ill fill ya'll in.

So I guess Ill start from the earliest news I have up till now. Remember the place where Tom held the press conference with Monica Lewinsky? Le Petite Castor? The little beaver? Someone torched it!! Yes , years from now if someone sets up a Tom Green show tour in Ottawa.. that place will be unavailable.

Tom and Glenn circa October were working on getting some hosting and raising funds for tomgreen.com The place that was hosting it went out of business, so that was not good times for the guys.Oh, I also checked an email from Glenn, apparently "Uncle" the movie with tom and jason lee , was supposed to be out this month. Hmm!! No idea.

I asked "still hollywood" glenn humplik about meeting jason lee, of mallrats fame. He replied! "I did meet Jason on set. Very cool guy." Again, you cant find this kinda reporting anywhere else but at AJ's Tom Green Machine.

I started bugging Derek "the genius" Harvie about getting a copy of Freddy Got Fingered on DVD. Since I loved the film, and gave Derek a tip for the dvds special feature. Well I ended up buying my own copy and a month or so passed, however on November 15 2001, I got a suprise in the mail. A fedex package from Derek! Inside? the Freddy Got Fingered DVD! With letter head from Derek harvie as well.. I was pretty excited.. I figured Derek had forgotten about me. All those pestering emails paid off! (note: pestering me for derek or glenns emails wont get you a free dvd, or the email addresses.. nooch). The Derek harvie letter head states.. "Hey Aj. Hope you dont have one already. If you dont want the autograph, scrub it with soap and water.. Derek". The autograph he was talking about? a Tom autograph!.. "Hey Aj, thanks for the pointer. I'll tell Mike to bring the force. Tom Green 1992".

Im pretty sure the pointer is the dvd special feature tip. The Mike and the force thing Im not sure about. Last time Tom was on Mike Bullard, it was 1999 (wow long ago..), and Episode One had just come out (a long time ago.. galaxy.. etc). Im a fan boy, so I had brought my Darth maul lightsaber to play with. Well while waiting around the green room, Mike Bullard came out of his dressing room, took the lightsaber out of my backpack.. activated it.. and then wacked me really hard on the head!! Then said "thats how jedi's are killed" or something. I was kinda shocked. So is that the connection? Thats my only guess. Tom also included his business card.. which is kinda neat. The comapny is called "Bob Green films", and has toms name in the upper right corner.

Then that was it for a few months.. one day bored at work, I emailed Glenn. January 12 2002, I got this reply on what the guys were up to.."Still alive, lot's of new stuff brewing. Up next will be the Tom Green Japanese one hour special, to air on MTV, probably in early March. Another MTV special is also in the works, more news on that soon.We should have new web stuff on TomGreen.com and a Tom Green zone on ScreenBlast.com very soon.:

holy crap! A Tom Green Japanese Special!! sweet. I got an email a few days later from Glenn telling me he went to check out Fu Manchu the band I do the website for. Hes a big fan! I cant wait to see the band either.. hopefully Ill get a chance soon.

So there you have it! Thats the update for now. No pictures or anything, as I dont have any. My site cant be considered dead anymore.. the links to other fan pages are.. I just did a quick check. My how the mighty have fallen. OH WELL. Until next time..

October 14th 2001.
So I havent updated the site in a while, partly because there hasnt been anything to update with, and partly because I started a new and more demanding job that takes up all my free time. What do I have to report? well if you were wondering why Glenn's official site was updateless for so long, essentially, the partner they had to run the site (mediatrip.com) went out of business, so its been a full time job looking for someone new to host and help with the sites financial situation. Tom and Glenn have been coming up with all sorts of cool content for the site, and those ideas should be implemented in the coming weeks. The site has recently been updated, so things are on their way already!

Tom's new movie with Chasing Amy's Jason Lee, should be out by February.. its called Uncle (formally Stealing Sanford) and should be good times. Tom and Derek are also busy at work writing a new movie.

If you are worried about Hollywood Humplik falling under Los Angeles's spell and becoming a Scientologist, fear not. Recently I asked Glenn about this, and he had this for a reply: "No plans to join just yet. Too many other things to do, like drink beer." So there you have it! Informative reporting by AJ.

The Freddy Got Fingered DVD should be out on the 23rd as long as there are no delays (well in Canada anyway). TV's Derek Harvie has hopefully sent me a review copy, and hopefully I shall receive it before the street date. The review sites have all received their copies, and something that has always bothered me about movie reviewers has taken place throughout most of the reviews. If you hate Tom and his comedy, why would you bother reviewing the film? you are biased beyond belief.. Id like to slap some of these people.. yet its still funny to read how upset they get that they have "lost" 1 and a half hours of their lives watching Tom's film. Check out some of the reviews. DVDfile.com (the best DVD review site around, though the reviewer is a cry baby.. boo hoo, my job is to watch free movies and im crying..) and IGN.com has an initial review up including screen grabs from the various menus of the movie. For you people who are wondering "What will the VHS have on it" the answer is, probably the title of the movie and some copyright information on the top of the cassette. Go get a DVD player you hillbilly's.

Tom off CameraHoly crap! So whats new and exciting? Tom is back in Ottawa with Mrs. Green in tow.. There was a picture in the Monday paper with Drew dressed up in TinFoil and Pizza boxes.. Tom was introducing her as an Alien to all the reporters outside of Tom's parents house in Gloucester.. who have nothing better to do than try to take pictures. The photographer was very pleased with himself, because he took a picture of the "Alien's" feet and noticed a tattoo there. Apparently Drew has the same tattoo. Great detective work! Read the article heow.

Ahh I remember the days of Tom Green website competition.. wasnt really that long ago actually, reason I bring this up is, the Total Tom Green site, Mike from that page lived in another time zone, so he always watched Entertainment Tonight.. and would update his page like, that second! I could check out his site, and go "wow, there is a Tom Green feature tonight" and go upstairs and watch. See, I normally hate Entertainment Tonight.. Hello, Entertainment Tonight; Please stop talking about Nicole Kidman's divorce already.. Robert Downey Jr has a drug problem? Wow, can you please stop talking about him. Is this really Entertainment? In the old days they would talk about movies and tv shows.. now its all Ben Affleck goes into Rehab!. But I digress.. so apparently there was a Tom Green feature on ET back in May, that I totally missed.. but through the power of the internet, here is a link to check out Tom's interview on the set of "The Promise", his new movie with "Chasing Amy's" Jason Lee. Oh, here is the link. There is even some video interview footage to check out!

In Dvd news, the biggest DVD site, well the best one anyway (Im my opinion) for news and stuff, released the specs for the Freddy Got Fingered DVD, I feel special because I reported the info before the reporters! Im pretty jealous of these guys, they get free review copies of all the newest dvds, and all they have to do is watch them, and then write a little review.. pretty swank. Here ist the official release info.

That's all for now, Glenn email me back

Sign this so I can sell it on ebay Tom!Ive received some early indications on what the special features will be for the upcoming release of "Freddy got Fingered" on DVD from Derek Harvie. One of the COOLEST features on the disc will be a special version of the film, edited down to 3 mins in order for it to receive a G rating. Derek actually said it still didnt make the cut, so it will be rated PG. Tom, Rip Torn, Harland Williams, and Marisa Coughlan all recorded a commentary track for the disc, which should be a fun listen. The MTV "making of" special will be included, along with deleted scenes, cast bios, and a very special extra feature that will hopefully be included.. an idea I gave young Derek almost a year ago. The idea I had was, wouldn't it be cool to have an alternate audio track on the dvd that was recorded at a showing of the movie? so you get the laughter, the gross out reactions, the screams.. etc? Hey its better than a french/spanish audio track.

So there you have it.. things can certainly change, but I hope all those features make it onto the disc

Sign this so I can sell it on ebay Tom!So I havent updated in over a month, so what! Things are slow going news wise as far as I know in the TG universe. The movie has opened and has left theatres sadly, it recently opened in Australia as my friend Mola Ram informed me about.. he saw it with a packed theatre and almost died of laughter.

Ive still got oodles of updates to add in the future, including all the tv appearances from the Freddy press junkit, and most of the magazine features that were out late April early May, so expect those things to slowly be added to the site in the coming weeks.

I love ebay, so if you are some dink selling Tom Green videos or "signed" items, and decide to swipe some of my images.. at least have the know how to save the picture to your hard drive, rename it, and then upload to your own server for your ebay auction. If you do not, you risk the rath of aj.. who has too much free time on his hands, and somehow always encounters ebay auctions where people link pictures from this site, thus leaving me crass opportunities.. check out what i mean here.

Sadly, the auction only stayed up for a few days before Ebay ended it due to standards.. good times I say!

There is a cool feature on the Rolling Stone.com site that features a question and answer with Tom, check it out here. There is also a photo exhibit from RS that has a bunch of cool pics. Its here . Finally, click here to go to the Rolling Stone Tom Green section and then click on the my link to come back to my site for pointless fun!

So how many of you have seen Toms film yet? How many of you bought tickets to see "Josie and the Pussycats" and snuck into Tom's film? Not to worry, the movie is doing good at the box office.. its not Titanic, but its not Ishtar either. I saw it twice; paid for once, and the other time was the "conning my way" into the premiere. The line amongst fans seems as split as the line between fans and non fans. Confused by that statement? Ok.. You either like or hate Tom and his humor. But if you like Tom, you either like or hate this movie. If you are into Tom harassing people on the street and silly face humor; but dont like when Tom acts really "weird", screaming and spazzing out, or playing with dead animals; then you probably didnt like "Freddy Got Fingered" all that much. Just my observation. But I thought it was great times.

The TV appearances are now over, I managed to catch most of them, but I think I might've taped over the "Daily Show with Jon Stewart" appearance with today's episode of Dark Angel. I'll be putting up hilights from all the appearances, but spanned over the next couple o' updates. Today's edition will feature the David Letterman appearance from April 12.

Tom actually appeared on Dave's birthday, what an honor for Tom. The previous few days, Letterman had been talking before the first guest about watching the new Lawrence of Arabia Dvd at his house. He made sure he had an entire Saturday night free to watch the classic film, but when he finally got around to watching it.. the DVD was giving off a blue tint to the picture. All the faces looked blue! Dave complained that it was a crappy DVD, and that Columbia should be ashamed.. well Columbia sent him a new copy. Again, Dave sat down to watch the film, but the same blue faces greeted him. Angered, Dave figured out it was his crappy Pioneer DVD player causing the problem. Well long story short, Dave wanted a new DVD player from Pioneer (for free). However, he was willing to donate his current problem player to a nice color blind couple!. Well Tom saved the day, he bought Dave a brand new Sony DVD player.. nice ice breaker, Tom was in..

The conversation got off well, they talked about the usual happenings.. the movie, cancer, the "undercutters pizza" segment, and also about Tom's new wife Drew Barrymore. Tom was a little concered about Dave, as Drew once flashed Letterman on a previous show (also on Daves birthday if memory serves me..) Tom couldnt believe that Dave got to see Drew's "Gazoos". Letterman assured Tom that now that they were married he could see them as well. True enough. After the commercial break (ya Tom stayed for 2 segments..) Tom got a piece of Dave's special birthday cake.

The topic soon changed to "Freddy Got Fingered", where Tom explained that with widescreen (1.85:1), he could fit more jokes in on either sides of the frame.. as opposed to TV (4x3); where they couldnt fit as many jokes in. Tom explained the differences in aspect ratio, and also talked about directing and starring in the same movie. The picture to the right is actually in "widescreen". "Its a crisper image" as Tom says.

And that was it, good appearance Tom.You made Dave happy marrying Drew, and giving him a DVD player where he can hopefully finally get to watch Lawrence of Arabia.

I got to see Freddy Got Fingered today, and what a film it was. Here is the short review I left on the message board over at tomgreen.com

a small review by aj
Freddy Got Fingered:Extreme, the film is extreme, i loved it!! It was a stupid shocking hilarious film, how will future comedies ever top this film? I dont know. Its like asking yourself what kinda show would the Tom Green show be if it could be rated R. I scammed my way in; the Toronto Sun was foolish enough to announce what theatre the sneak preview was at (for contest winners). I tried to sneak in at first, but they were checking tickets and id's, so i talked with the manager and somehow convinced him that I should get to see the movie. good times! . Zebras in America!

so there you have my review. Of course Ill do something more, but thats it for now. Also the image to the left is an official bootleg photo taken by my lame ass in the theatre. Pretty good for being in the front pointing the camera at the screen on my lap eh? Ive got a few more that turned out ok.

Ill have some reviews of the last couple of talk shows Tom has done, I recently digitized the Stern appearance, its 33 mins and in Real Audio so get ready to relax and listen to some fun times. So if you missed it, miss it no longer.. any problems, let me know. Stream it or Download it.

April 12 2001.
I guess you could call this the start of the promotional appearances, Tom was on the Blockbuster Entertainment awards today.. where he introduced the "rock" band "Creed". He got the crowd pumped by asking if they liked various fruits and vegetables. Asking if they liked "corn" or "onions", Tom then whipped the objects somewhere into the crowd.. I wonder if anyone got plonked by a grapefruit? Those things hurt!. Tom's sportin a stylish shaggy hair style reminiscent of his early Rogers 22 days. Tom's WIFE also won an award today as part of best duo for her performance in Charlie's Angels. Drew accepted with Lucy Liu and Cameron Diaz, and also Drew showed off her new diamond ring that Tom purchased from his hard earned Rogers Community 22 dollars (old school fans will remember the segment where Tom "buys" a BMW James Bond car with his volunteer job money). Blockbuster seemed to have jumped the gun on this special, since the last one didnt take place until June of last year. Whats with Benjamin Bratt (although he was good in Law and Order) and Nicholas Cage winning awards for movies no one saw? Check out the hilights from last years event here

I must also applaud Entertainment Tonight for giving away the winners of the event a full half hour before it happened. There was just no excitement when Sandra Bullock won the award for Miss Congeniality!

Here are some Tom pics from the event including the tossin of the veggies.
Check out the woman behind Drew: "OH MY GOD, FLYING POTATOS"

Tom also makes an appearance in this months "Mean Magazine" (on the cover) and "Concrete Powder Magazine". Images and reviews to follow..

March 31 2001.
This next month is gonna be busy for Tom. He's going on a big press tour to promote Freddy, which is now finished and ready to go. Howard Stern has been mentioning an upcoming show with Tom, and this created some interest among the fans, who then asked Glenn for more info. Glenn listed a whole lot of shows including Letterman, and Regis.. along with a Stern appearance. I added the shows and date info on the main page "in the news". Check it out. Toms also in the new Maxim mag, with a 2 page feature.. one with an interview, the other with a photo. The interview consisted of talking about the old shows, cancer, drew, and the canadian military. Although short, it was enjoyable.

February 17th - 27th 2001.
FISHYHoly crap! Well here are some new updates. Freddy Got Fingered is getting closer and closer, opening April 20th! The trailers have been released, the teaser posters are on their way to your neighbourhood theatres.. soon the promo materials will be flowing on ebay like Canadian TGS episodes were in early 1999. I gotta tell you, I saw the trailer and It had me laughing throughout the entire thing... and Im not saying that because I hope to get a free theatrical poster (hey derek?). Seriously, its funny.. the part with Tom playing a song about sausages for his fed up father was the best. I would say the majority of the fan sites have folded or have been sitting idle waiting for news to pop up, mine not being the exception either.. then again, I run 3 other big ass sites, plus I do this web designing schtuff for a living.

I still have plans for the site, yes yes.. the MTV episode and in depth Rogers guide will ONE day be up. I was checking through some files and found a collection of E-Mails from Mr. Green himself.. yes before he was busy as hell reporting on being stressed from his cell phone driving a fancy car in L.A, he was just Tom, living in a small appartment in Ottawa, confused by technology/Computers, and emailing fans who emailed him. Look for those in the future, they are hilarious (not because of what Tom said, Feb 16 Entertainment Weeklybut because what a gushing fan boy I used to be.. its painfull).

In the Feb 16th "Entertainment Weekly" (with the josie and the pussycats cover) there is a short article feature on Tom's new movie, along with the picture on the top left. Dont buy it, Glenn has the article available on the official site. Entertainment Tonight continues to prove to be entertaining; with plenty of coverage on the upcoming Freddy Got Fingered film, they showed hilighs from the films trailer "Daddy would you like some sausage". It was cool, and should be available on the official site soon

Looks like an inverted cross to meWell I wrote this update on the 17th, but got lazy and took a long nap, so now its 10 days later! Well Drew Barrymore's house burned down last weekend, and it could very well have been the end of Tom and Drew as a couple and as living people. Through the magic of police scanners, the press soon arrived as the house was burning and questioned the houseless couple, in classic Tom fashion, he answered.. drew laughed. I found an audio clip, and have saved it for your listening Tom Drives a PORCHEpleasure.. apparently there is some video footage of this as well, that I didnt get a chance to see.. but Tom was driving a porche according to my dad!

Update: In this weeks US Magazine, there is a feature article on the ordeal, including Tom in his fancy Porche
certainly more stylish than the slut mobile. Check it out here

The media only gives one side of the story; but when asked how Tom was doing, Tv's Glenn Humplik added "They are both doing ok". When asked how many times people have asked him that question, Glenn replied "been asked at least 137 times so far." Drew's dog woke them up and saved them by barking at the bedroom door. Insane. Labs rule. Check out Tom driving a Porche one more time. ->

In other news, this past Saturday's Saturday Night Live featured a skit of the burning house, with Katie Holmes playing Drew (ok), and Jimmy Fallon playing Tom (awesome, except for the horrible ass hair looking fake beard). The skit fell apart when the dog started "talking" about how Tom is an idiot etc.. I hate when SNL tries to burn people who were just hosts a few months back. Its kinda weak.
