the tom green machine episode guide(s)

So you like the Tom Green show eh? Well... if you are like me, you have to see them all. How do you know if youve seen them all you say? Well for starters you need an Episode Guide to all things GREEN. The show started off on Rogers community 22 in Ottawa Ontario in 1994; 50 episodes.. one hour each.. some live, some taped. The show became an instant "cult" hit and became very popular in Ottawa. Ray Hagel the director of the Rogers shows then edited together highlights from those shows, and made "best of" episodes that aired on Toronto's Rogers community 10.

After that a pilot was shot for the CBC network in Canada. The pilot aired, and the show was "dropped faster than a hot potato" as Tom has said. A year later, the show got picked up on a new station brand new to canadian cable systems; the comedy network. 13 episodes were created, and the show became an even bigger hit across canada... a 2nd season soon followed, and they went over even better than the first. Tom and the show finally had the fame it deserved. Episodes were sent to American networks, and MTV showed interest in the format and show. Tom flew down to L.A to pitch the show to their execs.. and the rest as we say, is history.

Currently the show is done. It continues to show in Canada as reruns on the comedy network, and on MTV. The show has even gone international; showing in Australia, England, and South America amongst other foreign places. Tom has also signed on to become the spokesman of Pepsi One in the states, along with Right Guard Extreme. He also received cancer in his testicle, and had it removed. This ultimately led to the ending of the MTV era shows, but gave birth to the Movie era Tom which is where we are at today with the release of Tom's big Hollywood Debut "Freddy Got Fingered". One day Tom will host the Oscars. But for now, check out the online Episode guides for material spanning: The Rogers 22 best of's, The Comedy Network, MTV, Tv apperances and the Movies.
