People get really angry when information is presented wrong. When I first made this website circa 1997, Degrassi was but a fond memory in my head. Unless you had them all taped, such memories could become a little hazy. Lets face the facts: Degrassi was a horrible show and anyone that tells you different is lying. The majority of the information on my site comes from a hazy fans memory of the show he loved. Didn't I just say it was horrible?, yes I did, but the fact remains.. I loved Degrassi.

This section of AJ's Degrassi Universe is dedicated to people who think that Degrassi is Star Trek. Who the hell cares what the chinese kid was eating in episode 3 (or whatever episode it was). Spike's boyfriend was not named Ivan? Isn't Ivan a funnier name than Patrick?. I love my mistakes. I wrote the majority of this site between 1-4am, and still find it hilarious myself. Once the show began to air again on television, the fans began emailing me corrections. Some of the people were nice about it.. some of them were not.

Actually, right before that, Wheels and Snake got in a argument and Wheels called Snake an ASSHOLE. Then Snake said that if he drove Wheel's car, he would put a bag over his head cause it is a piece of SHIT.
Oh man, I really have no life.....

Really, I need help. Please. I watch too much canadian tv. Ever seen North OF 60???? HA! That show ruled.
 

AJ SAYS: I actually became friends with Steve after he had initially written this email. I got him into Death Metal.. but he got dumped a few times by chicks and I haven't heard from him in about a year.

I am just writing you a quick note to tell you what a great Degrassi website you have. I too am a great Degrassi fan and know possibly every single fact down to the most miniscule subplot. So, I have some corrections for you.

first, Lucy's nerdy looking boyfriend when she was in grade 9 (before Clutch and Bronco) was named Paul. He told everyone that they had sex, when in fact they did not. LD turned on Lucy saying that she was a tramp pr whatever untill Lucy made Paul admit in fornt of Clutch and Lucy's friends that they did not have sex. Lucy and Bronco had sex int heir relationship and Lucy was the one who coached Caitlin when she wanted to jump Joey. The actor who played Lucy (Anais Granofsky) has been seen on the show Nikita playing Nikita's next door neighbour.

Second, LD's father is put in the hospital for an Angina attack.

Third, I believe Wheels can be quoted saying 'hey steph, if you let me kiss you, I'll vote for you.' to which stephanie resopnded 'only if you promise' then shane said, 'I want some of the action!' so steph did not kiss every boy... everyboy kissed her. Some twice. AND it was never on the mouth...they all kissed her on the cheek.

Fourth, Yick Yu accused Mr. Raditch of stereotyping not being a rascist.

Fifth, Spike's Irish boyfriend's name was Patrick, he wrote her a song, she got all scared like and then dumped his foreign ass. Liz, who had always harboured a flame for the accented Patrick, ended up dating him for a while and Spike got all upset with Liz, but they got over it.


besides this, your site ois amazingly accurate...and I thought I was the only one who knew all this crap.

I want to tell you that I've visited your site and I'm not impressed with the creative licencing you've taken into your writings. And where exactically do you live? I ask this because I like so many other Torontoians come into contact with Degrassi casst member monthly. And they are not all living in hospitals and looking like crazed run aways. You have to remember that not everyone reading your site lives in Toronto, much like yourself, and you are creating these people to seem as big losers. Well I can't speak for them but I can tell you my own stories and maybe you'll change your mind about the way you've portrayed them.

Duncan, or "Arthur" frequents a club called the Dance Cave on Monday nites. He is the sweetest thing on two feet, and walked me to my car after a few guys harrassed me. Weeks later, when I saw him at the club, he asked me out but I have a boyfriend and had to turn him down. Unfortunately, I haven't seen him since, but a loser he was not.

Lucy, who does not live in a hospital, was doing her grocery shopping at College and Crowford, and my girlfriend and I spoke briefly with her and she assured us that she was doing fine.

Liz, works for varius Canadian film productions, and I met her on set once. She was soft spoken and tiny in comparision to what she looked like on film, and she definately wasn't a loser.

I just don't want you to be writing stuff about these people that isn't true.

Thanks for visiting the site and not being impressed by the writings on it. I suppose you glanced over the writings and made your assumptions, but had you actually read the writings and noticed the fact it was "supposed" to be "funny" maybe you wouldn't have written this email. I live in Toronto, have all my life. Ive seen the Degrassi people all over the place. Ive been a big fan since 1987.

Thats great about Duncan. IS he of grand scale with a shaved head and beard? this is all I reported on my site. Someone told me they saw him and he looked like an escaped mental patient. Note: He LOOKED like an escaped mental patient. He isn't an escaped mental patient. If he was so sweet why didnt you dump your boyfriend in favour of him?

Lucy. Well that's great that you actually went up to ask her if she was alright. The bio I wrote on Lucy deals only with the Degrassi character.. if you have seen School's out you will note that she would be in that Hospital for some time due to the injuries she indured from the auto accident. I saw her maybe 5 times around Christmas time around bloor and yonge, as well as saw her in "Three to tango" the movie she starred in.

Liz: hooray for you meeting her. I know someone who is actually really good friends with both her and Amanda "spike". They think the website is funny. I didnt say in the bio that she was a loser. I mentioned that I saw her downtown selling trinkets on Queen Street. are you gonna say that I didnt?

So you see, the writings are supposed to be taken lightly and found humorous. hence why I get so many hits and positive emails.
